On the subject of Mortgage Fraud, I am sponsoring an intake form that will allow you to fill in information about your montage broker, bank , real estate agent, appraiser, and specific items dealing with the mortgage if you suspect mortgage fraud or predatory lending. I have a working partnership with the San Bernardino County Bar Association and we will evaluate this information for possible class action. I feel that no one is addressing the financial damage to the homeowner and this program will try to develop just compensation for you. Please email me to receive this form. All information is confidential. Good Day Big Bear - John Wells Show - Channel 6 - 12/08/2008 On the subject of Tenant Eviction, California passed Senate Bill 1137 on July 8, 2008 to address the problem of a tenant facing eviction after the property has been foreclosed. This bill would give a tenant or subtenant in possession of a rental housing unit at the time the property is sold in foreclosure, 60 days to remove himself or herself from the property. Please contact Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino 909-889-7328 and tell them you are a tenant and your landlord home has been foreclosed. You are looking for help with the tenant eviction and possible "cash for keys" from the bank to help with your move and relocation expenses. On the subject of talking to your mortgage company about mortgage modification, If the lender will not talk to you or wants you to be 60 - 90 days late on your mortgage payment, call the Hope for Homeowners Program 888-995-HOPE. Be proactive on solving your current mortgage loan problems. Do not wait for the bank to come up with a program. We have allocated over $700 Billion dollars to address the mortgage crisis. Send me an email if you do not know where to start. |
